Job summary

Cagayan State University is seeking a motivated candidate for a four-month Associate Development Program in sales. You will train on sales processes, perform prospecting, and shadow experienced reps to build new accounts.

The role emphasizes communication, data-driven decision making, and travel within the territory. Prior internship or CRM experience is preferred, with opportunities for bonus and progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High motivation to learn and ability to make data-driven decisions explaining return on investments to customers.
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Sales internship or selling experience.
• Reliable transportation to travel within the designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives, with some travel required.
• Assist senior sales representatives in sourcing, securing, and managing new and existing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel specific to your post-training assignment.
• Engage in continued development through marketing and sales publications.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
