Iaas Lc in Kenosha, WI is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate. You will guide customers through the store, answer questions, and help them select products while maintaining high service standards.

Training includes real-world sales techniques with a $15/hour training bonus during the first four pay periods of training, plus comprehensive paid training and ongoing coaching. Commission-based earnings reward performance in a busy retail setting.
