Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Preferred experience in coaching, mentoring, or training roles, openness to feedback and ongoing learning.
• Strong verbal and written communication to engage clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team with a passion for helping others.
