Responsibilities

• Prospecting & lead generation to identify new clients.
• Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business and retention.
• Present products and negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales KPIs.
• Develop and deliver training programs for sales staff.
• Coach and mentor new hires and junior staff.
