The Sales Leader will be the driving force behind achieving ambitious goals in gross sales, generated margin, customer satisfaction, and market share in their assigned geographic territory. This position reports to the Regional General Manager and manages a territory of over 35 million with a team of 10+ Account Managers.

Where Is The Work:
This role is Remote within the New England area and will be performed under the Northeast Region.
What you will do:
- Manage a team of 10+ Account Managers.
- Lead the sales process through local sales plans, consumer programs, training, and business development activities.
- Use Sales Excellence tools to drive performance and meet sales goals.
- Mentor and coach Account Managers to ensure ongoing development.
- Implement key objectives focusing on mix, growth, dealer development, and retail plans.
- Develop regional business plans with leadership.
- Build industry relationships within local markets, including strategic builder alignment and vendor relations.
What you will bring:
- Experience in developing and executing distribution and marketing plans.
- 5+ years of sales and leadership experience preferred.
- Associate degree or 18 months to 4 years of business development experience in lieu of degree.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Effective negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
- Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with a clean record.
Compensation:
Base pay starting at $110,000/year plus a 40% monthly incentive. Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan. Actual pay depends on seniority, merit, and geographic location.
