Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader in Barboursville, WV. You will support the Store Leadership Team, lead LOD shifts, and ensure a stellar guest experience while managing daily store operations.

You will train and celebrate associates, drive sales results, and uphold AE’s brand standards and the Guest First culture. This role emphasizes team leadership, visual execution, and safety/compliance across the store.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience.
• Ability to drive sales and coach associates to meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a key Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Motivate and coach team to uphold AE service standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire, and develop associates to ensure staffing meets business needs and maintains guest-focused culture.
• Provide real-time performance feedback and celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement.
• Ensure daily visual and operational standards, including shipment processing and merchandising moves, are guest-ready.
