Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. seeks a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team and lead Leader on Duty shifts, ensuring a stellar guest experience and smooth daily operations in Amarillo, TX.

You will train, motivate and celebrate associates while driving strong sales results and upholding brand standards. You will recruit and develop talent, coach in real time, and manage visual/operational procedures to keep Fitting Rooms guest-ready and aligned with AEO’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a similar capacity.
• Ability to drive sales through guest-first service and KPI focus.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and motivate associates to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Motivate and develop associates to meet AEO service standards.
• Recruit and train staff to ensure adequate staffing for business needs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to the team.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
