American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader in Columbus, GA to support the Store Leadership Team with Leader on Duty shifts and exceptional guest experiences. You will train and motivate associates, drive sales, and uphold AEO Brand Standards daily.

This role emphasizes guest-first service, KPI attainment, talent development, and collaboration with the Store Leadership Team to ensure store success and a thriving, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• You have a passion for driving sales: As a key LOD, you drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through an in-store guest experience.
• You're a people leader: You motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values and hold associates to service standards.
• You've got an eye for talent and a love of training: You recruit and hire strong talent and train/ develop associates to provide outstanding service.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You set clear goals and provide ongoing performance feedback via real-time coaching.
• You're a visual & operational innovator: You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
