Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team in Columbus, GA. You will drive Leader on Duty shifts, oversee daily operations, and champion a guest-first experience. You will recruit, train, and coach associates to deliver top-tier service and exceed KPIs.

You will also ensure visual standards, safety, and asset protection while fostering team engagement and a strong AEO brand presence on the floor and in fitting rooms.

• Proven ability to drive KPI results through sales and guest experience.
• Ability to train and coach associates to meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Leader on Duty shifts to drive sales and guest experience.
• Motivate and coach associates to meet AEO service standards and KPIs.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent to ensure store staffing aligns with business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and real-time coaching to achieve goals.
• Execute daily visual and operational standards including shipments and merchandising moves.
• Ensure store safety and asset protection compliance.
