American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team with strong Leader on Duty shifts and a stellar guest experience. You will manage daily store operations, train and motivate associates, and drive top-line results while living the brand values.

You will lead by example on service standards, oversee staffing and coaching, and ensure visual and operational excellence in all areas of the store.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Experience coaching and developing associates to meet service standards.
• Skills in visual and operational execution to support store standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Lead on Duty by boosting fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Inspire and coach the team to meet service standards and KPI targets.
• Recruit, onboard and develop talent to maintain adequate staffing.
• Provide real-time coaching and recognize top performers to sustain engagement.
• Execute daily visual and operational processes to maintain brand standards and guest readiness.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and compliance with policies.
