Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through genuine interactions and community engagement.
• Train and coach team members to drive performance.
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized styling recommendations to meet sales targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to assist confident purchases.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, merchandising, inventory, and policy adherence.
