Job summary

Qualifications

Retail supervisory or similar industry experience
Fashion insights and awareness of industry trends preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and travel
Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, and light lifting (up to 30 lbs)

Responsibilities

Foster a collaborative team environment through open communication, feedback, and recognition
Drive team sales performance through coaching and development
Monitor and achieve sales targets, KPIs and performance metrics
Model selling behaviors and lead in performance metrics
Participate in recruitment and interviews as needed
