Atonom.ai is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer in Provo, UT, to be in-office, full-time. You will be the technical credibility during deals, own implementations from kickoff to go-live, and guide the 90-day onboarding.

The role blends engineering and customer-facing work, requiring comfort presenting to customers, configuring AI-powered software, and translating complex tech for non-technical stakeholders. A CS/IT background and strong communication are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Comfortable in customer-facing situations and presenting to a room.
• Understanding of how software is built, APIs connect systems, and business operations run daily.
• Organized and able to manage multiple implementations in parallel.
• Fast learner and comfortable using AI-powered software as part of the job.

Responsabilidades

• Join account executives on calls and demos when technical questions arise.
• Translate technical concepts for technical buyers, IT stakeholders, and operations leads.
• Run product demonstrations to show how Atonom will work in their business.
• Surface implementation complexity early to set expectations.
• Own implementation from contract signature through go-live.
• Guide customers through the 90-day onboarding window.
• Handoff to the product specialist in customer success at end of onboarding.
