Job summary

MeshyAI in Sunnyvale, CA is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a quota-carrying team scaling a fast-growing 3D generative AI platform. You will coach sellers, manage pipeline, forecast, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance to shape GTM strategy.

You’ll travel ~15–20% to meet customers at events and conferences, recruit and onboard new sales hires, and drive revenue targets across gaming, animation, 3D software, and additive manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• 2+ years managing quota‑carrying sales professionals.
• Proven history of achieving revenue targets.
• Strong coaching skills and pipeline management.
• Experience selling SaaS, developer tools, creative software, or AI products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience.
• Technical aptitude to understand Meshy’s products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-carrying sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Own team-level revenue targets, pipeline health, forecasting, and overall sales performance.
• Establish clear expectations, operating rhythms, and accountability across the sales team.
• Coach sellers throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, business cases, negotiation, and closing.
• Help build and refine a repeatable sales process as Meshy scales its go-to-market organization.
• Partner with sellers on strategic and complex opportunities and engage directly with customers when appropriate.
• Ensure the team develops strong relationships across core segments and positions Meshy as an indispensable tool.
