The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in sales or BD, 2+ years managing teams, and proven revenue achievement. Travel will be required to visit customers and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales or business development experience in related fields.
• 2+ years of experience managing quota‑carrying sales professionals.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve revenue targets.
• Own team revenue targets, pipeline health, forecasting and performance.
• Establish rhythms, expectations, and accountability across the sales org.
• Coach through prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
• Build a scalable go-to-market process and recruit new team members.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance and Engineering on GTM priorities.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and communicate pipeline risks and opportunities.
