TNR Business Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to own and optimize the sales process, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performance team in Greensburg, PA. This 1099 commission-only role rewards performance with uncapped upside through personal deals and team leadership.

You will recruit and coach sales reps, manage pipeline and forecasts, and work with local businesses to sell digital marketing and insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales leadership.
• Ability to build structured sales funnels, scripts, and metrics.
• Experience in high-autonomy, commission-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a high-converting, repeatable sales process.
• Prospect, pitch, and close digital marketing and insurance accounts at a high level.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage sales reps with weekly activity and quota targets.
• Build CRM tracking systems for pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
• Grow monthly recurring revenue through personal deals and team performance.
