Responsibilities

Express is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our team. The Sales Leader drives sales floor and stockroom operations, trains associates, and ensures a great in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales
• Provide coaching on store operations, customer service, and standards
• Partner with management to evaluate associate performance
• Train staff on policies, product, and procedures
• Implement action plans to optimize results
• Manage daily store operations
• Ensure proper associate coverage for excellent customer experience
• Oversee checkout and merchandise flow
• Monitor customer service quality
• Create effective staffing schedules
• Lead and model customer experience standards
• Maintain product knowledge and store presentation standards

Required Experience & Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
