The Sales Leader will be the driving force behind achieving ambitious goals in terms of gross sales, generated margin, customer satisfaction, and market share in their assigned geographic territory. You will also serve as a mentor and coach to your team members, utilizing employee development tools to nurture growth and create opportunities for advancement, thereby enhancing team performance and results.

Where Is The Work

This position has been designated as Remote and work will be performed in TN (can be based out of Nashville, Chattanooga, or Knoxville).

SAFETY SENSITIVE

This role has been designated by the company as Safety Sensitive.

What You Will Do
  • Provide leadership for the sales process via the development and implementation of coordinated local sales plans, consumer programs, training, and business development activity.
  • Utilize Sales Excellence tools to drive individual and team performance to meet sales goals.
  • Mentor and coach Account Managers to ensure continued development.
  • Establish, monitor, and execute implementation plans for key objectives like Mix, Growth, New Dealer Development, and Retail development.
  • Develop district business plans with leadership and management teams.
  • Develop key industry relationships within local markets, including strategic builder alignment and vendor representatives.
What You Will Bring
  • 1+ years of demonstrated experience in Business Development or an Associate’s Degree (AA).
  • Experience in developing and executing distribution and marketing plans.
  • 5+ years of sales and leadership experience.
  • Valid Driver License with no major traffic violations within the past 3 years.
Compensation

Base Salary starts at $111,000 and up based on experience, plus an incentive. Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan.

Note: This base pay range is based on US averages; actual pay may vary based on seniority, merit, and location.
