The Sales Leader will be the driving force behind achieving ambitious goals in terms of gross sales, generated margin, customer satisfaction, and market share in their assigned geographic territory. You will also serve as a mentor and coach to your team members, utilizing employee development tools to nurture growth and create opportunities for advancement, thereby enhancing team performance and results.
This position has been designated as Remote and work will be performed in TN (can be based out of Nashville, Chattanooga, or Knoxville).
This role has been designated by the company as Safety Sensitive.
Base Salary starts at $111,000 and up based on experience, plus an incentive. Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan.
