You will be ensuring compliance with standards, continuous development of people and processes, effective management of budget and resource while ensuring the team has the processes and tools they need to deliver on professional services project commitments. You will develop the year plan for your function, on the basis of the strategic plan for the service unit, while participating in discussions about the future of the business.
