Role Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth through local sales plans, consumer programs, training, and business development.
  • Utilize Sales Excellence tools to enhance individual and team performance to meet sales targets.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering their development and creating opportunities for advancement.
  • Develop and monitor implementation plans for key objectives like sales mix, growth, dealer development, and retail expansion.
  • Create district business plans collaboratively with leadership teams.
  • Develop industry relationships within local markets, including strategic builder alignment and vendor partnerships.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in Business Development or an Associate’s Degree (AA).
  • Experience in distribution and marketing plan development and execution.
  • 5+ years in sales and leadership roles.
  • Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the past 3 years.

Compensation

Base salary starts at $111,000, with additional incentives and commissions. Total compensation varies based on experience and location.
