SALES LEADER – Part-Time
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and hard-working part-time Sales Leaders! The Sales Leader is responsible for providing exemplary selling and customer service to improve store productivity and profitability. This includes offering product recommendations, serving as a role model for retail best practices, and focusing on sales, service, and relationship-building. The role also involves sharing product knowledge, executing store communications, managing daily tasks, and possibly opening and/or closing the store.
Additional responsibilities include inventory management, conducting product sets, stocking, housekeeping, and stockroom duties. The Sales Leader works closely with the corporate team and reports to the Store Manager.
