Candidate Profile: Our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.

This role is commission-only! Our commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly—you could see payments within a week of your first policy sale. The average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with two bonus structures. Associates are earning approximately $600 per sale.
