Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated individuals to counsel and serve working families.

Candidate Profile: Our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.

Target Market

We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life, focusing on families with average income and health. Due to high demand in our niche market, we need more agents to meet these requests.

Compensation

This role is commission-only! Our commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly—you could see payments within a week of your first policy sale. The average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with two bonus structures. Associates are earning approximately $600 per sale.

Training Provided

We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts, enabling you to sell policies efficiently. Our goal is to help you make money! If you're interested in growing your own agency, we can support you to achieve this within months.
