Job summary

LOFT in Langhorne, PA seeks a Sales Lead to guide customers and model exceptional service. You'll partner with the Store Manager to mentor associates and ensure a seamless shopping experience across in-store and omnichannel channels.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hands-on store operations, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience and comfort with POS systems are preferred to help drive a high-energy, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to become an expert on store functions.
• Maintain high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
