Job summary

Deckers Brands' HOKA Citadel Outlet in California is seeking a proactive Sales Lead. You will serve as the Manager on Duty, opening and closing the store, and partner with management to deliver outstanding customer experiences while meeting hourly KPIs.

You will mentor teammates, set sales targets, educate customers about HOKA products, operate the cash register, manage inventory, and maintain brand standards. A dynamic, energetic, service‑driven candidate will thrive.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills to convey Deckers Brands vision.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and drive key hourly targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on products.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and inventory checks daily.
