Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA brand seeks a Sales Lead to serve as Manager on Duty, opening and closing the store and driving key KPIs through exceptional customer service. You’ll lead by example, train teammates, and create engaging shopping experiences that showcase our products and brand values.

You will stay current on product technology, maintain stock and merchandising standards, and support in-store events and community outreach while upholding a positive, energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive sales and service targets and motivate your team.
• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the Brand and products.
• Stay current on HOKA products and ensure customer questions are answered before they leave the store.
• Maintain a positive attitude and promote store and Brand image in interactions.
• Open and close the store and secure assets; act as Manager on Duty during shifts when Store Manager/Asst are absent.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-stock and break area; ensure inventory is stocked and merchandised.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and recognize outstanding performance.
