Pay Class: Part Time

Pay: $13.70 - $18.47 per hour

The Role:

A Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the face of our business and ensures the best possible experience for every patient and customer. This role requires training and knowledge of optics, products/services, and managed vision care. The individual guides patients/customers through the Visionworks experience, ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple, human, and bold manner.

· Achieve daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey effectively

· Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs

· Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time

· Support store operations daily, including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear
