You will work as part of a dynamic team to achieve business goals.

Description

As an UGG Sales Lead with Keys, you will create personalized shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty. You will model our Service Training Program, greet customers promptly and courteously, and ensure all questions are addressed before they leave. Providing exceptional service, including clear communication of our return policy, is essential. Maintaining a positive attitude and promoting the store and brand image are also key. You will be available to assist customers both in-store and over the phone.

You will also operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, ensure products are stocked, and merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards. Maintaining a clean and organized back-stock and employee break area, practicing safety, and responding to theft appropriately are important. You will promote a positive work environment by recognizing team members' performance and maintaining respectfulness.
