Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead for Store 385 at Layton Hills Mall, Layton, Utah. You will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience, recommending eyewear, and ensuring great service.

This part-time role requires optical knowhow, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to lead sales initiatives, merchandise, and training. Pay range is $12.82–$17.29 per hour, with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO certification in lieu of experience.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals through excellent Customer/Patient experiences.
• Engage with patients and recommend products/services meeting eye care needs.
• Measure eyewear and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Support store operations including inventory, merchandising and order fulfillment.

The Role:

A VisionworksSr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Leadis the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear andmaintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
• Execute day-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Qualifications:

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or otherorganization) orABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma,GEDor equivalent related job experience
