Visionworks of America, Inc. in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Sr.

Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of the store, guiding patients through the Visionworks journey and ensuring their eyewear needs are met with a simple, human and bold approach. This part-time role requires optical experience or ABO Certification, engages with customers to recommend products, supports store goals, and handles daily ops like inventory and merchandising.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continual training and development
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Pay Rate:$20.82- $22.87/hr

The Role:

A VisionworksSr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Leadis the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.
