Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead for our Laguna Niguel store. You will drive daily sales, guide patient experiences, and ensure eyewear needs are met simply and boldly.

Must have optical experience or ABO certification, with a friendly, customer-focused attitude. This in-store, part-time position offers opportunities to train, develop product knowledge, and contribute to restocking and front-line operations.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring excellent customer/patient experience.
• Engages with patients to recommend products and services meeting eye care needs.
• Restocks inventory and supports merchandising and order fulfillment.

Pay Rate:$16.90- $19.76/hr

The Role:

A VisionworksSr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Leadis the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear andmaintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
• ExecuteExecuteday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Qualifications:

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or otherorganization) orABO Certification in lieu of experience
