• Leads as primary contact for commercial and technical matters; escalations handled efficiently.
• Identifies commercial opportunities and coordinates with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Negotiates terms and obligations with assigned clients and manages projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Provides market and client feedback to internal teams and prepares client reports.
