Job summary

Soma, part of KnitWell Group, is seeking a Sales Lead at The Shops at Nanuet, NY to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold hospitality standards. You will model customer-centric service and help drive brand priorities on the sales floor.

You will coach staff, assist with scheduling, and execute store operations while maintaining a positive work environment and providing memorable experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver around the store.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store and support leadership as needed.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with brand knowledge.
• Coach and motivate team to meet performance goals.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing as required.
• Manage inventory and replenish merchandise.
