Job summary

Soma in Bee Cave is hiring a Sales Lead to supervise the team, lead by example, and uphold brand standards. You’ll set the tone for a welcoming, customer‑centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable shopping experiences, while partnering with store leadership to guide performance and culture.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and knowledge of current promotions.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate the register and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Contribute ideas to the store leadership team.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
