Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at our Bee Cave, TX store to partner with leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional guest experiences. You’ll uphold brand standards and help shape a positive culture that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable, personalized service.

In this role you will open and close the store, communicate brand priorities to teams, coach staff, manage schedules, inventory, and replenishment, and support omni-channel sales efforts with a welcoming,

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and support omni-channel initiatives.
• Coach and schedule staff, manage inventory and replenishment.
