Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience or equivalent customer-focused roles.
• Passion for customer service and building relationships.
• Proven ability to train, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting community engagement.
• Assist in training and coaching team members to ensure store success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs and providing personalized styling recommendations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of products to assist customers in making confident purchases.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, visual merchandising, floor sets, and inventory management.
• Take ownership of responsibilities, address challenges proactively, and align messaging across teams.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to help the store succeed.
