Calm Water and Bath in South Jersey is seeking a Sales Representative Lead to guide a team of Design Consultants from lead to contract. You will coach, align processes, and help homeowners feel confident about their choices.

This full-time role offers competitive pay from $120,000 to $250,000 per year, plus a bonus structure, PTO, and growth opportunities. You will manage 3–10 reps, recruit and onboard talent, and ensure gross margin protection.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in home improvement.
• Experience managing 3–10 sales representatives.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent.
• Driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Strong CRM skills, ideally with i360.
• Financial literacy and a margin-conscious mindset.
• Ability to standardize sales processes and lead effective meetings.
• Ability to drive revenue and protect gross margin.
• Structured, disciplined, and growth-minded approach.
• Emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude and strong commitment to culture and brand integrity.
