Calm Water and Bath in South Jersey is seeking a full-time Sales Team Manager – Field Producer to guide a sales team in the field and drive homeowner engagements. You will coach on KPIs, meet with homeowners, and model disciplined, growth‑oriented leadership.

This role blends hands-on field leadership with coaching and development, mentoring team members to raise performance and morale. You’ll shape daily rhythms, build relationships, and ensure the team has the tools they need to succeed while

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR SALES TEAM MANAGER - FIELD PRODUCER

THE SCHEDULE:

This full‑time position follows a Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM schedule, with night and weekend availability as needed.

YOUR ROLE:

As our Sales Team Manager - Field Producer, you'll spend your days guiding your sales team toward success while staying active in the field. You'll meet with homeowners, coach your team on KPIs, and provide one‑on‑one development to strengthen individual performance and overall team momentum. Your leadership will shape the daily rhythm, drive results, build relationships, and ensure everyone has the tools they need to succeed.

Coaching and teaching experience, and being highly organized, are preferred.
