Job summary

Jockey International, Inc. is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) for the Smithfield, NC store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, help drive sales, and assist with opening/closing duties while supporting the store team.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, product knowledge, and adherence to company policies. Prior retail leadership experience is preferred and PTO is offered for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year of management experience
• Three years of retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following Jockey’s service principles and focusing on store goals and sales.
• Provide management assistance with opening and closing of the store.
• Assist with merchandising and stock organization to maintain visuals and stock levels.
• Demonstrate Jockey core values and foster a welcoming guest experience.
• Engage guests to identify needs and offer product solutions.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts when needed.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and maintain cash accuracy.
