Job summary

Jockey, a longstanding family-owned retailer, is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) to join our Foley, AL store. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive store sales, and assist with opening and closing duties.

As Manager on Duty when needed, you will coach associates, handle cash transactions, stock merchandise, and promote the Jockey Rewards program while maintaining store standards and a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to store sales goals.
• Assist with opening and closing the store and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash at shift end.
• Assist with merchandising and stock placement to maintain visual standards and inventory control.
