Job summary

Jockey seeks an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) to join our Smithfield, NC store. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive store goals, and mentor team members to uphold Jockey's standards.

The role includes opening and closing responsibilities, cash handling, merchandising, and promoting rewards programs while maintaining a safe, welcoming retail environment. Part-time hours available with PTO and discounts.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests to identify needs.
• Drive store sales and achieve goals; promote products and programs.
• Open and close the store; assist with merchandising and visual standards.
• Ring purchases and handle cash/credit transactions; protect store assets.
• Lead, coach and provide feedback to store team; act as Manager on Duty when needed.
