Jockey International Global Inc. is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) for our Smithfield, NC location. This part-time role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, meeting store goals, and supporting opening/closing procedures.

A strong emphasis is placed on product knowledge and guest satisfaction. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent interpersonal/Verbal communication, and 1 year of management plus 3 years in retail or customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills required.
• 1 year of management experience and 3 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service following store principles and promote product knowledge to meet guest needs.
• Assist in opening/closing store and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Drive store sales and achieve goals through suggestive selling and promotions.
• Ring purchases and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, and visual presentation per standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts and contribute to team training.
