Job summary

Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) for our St. Augustine, FL location. You will deliver exceptional customer service, lead by example, and assist with opening/closing procedures to help meet store goals.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, coaching teammates, merchandising, and supporting hiring efforts. This role offers the chance to grow with a family-owned brand known for comfort and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following Jockey’s service principles and help achieve store goals.
• Assist with opening and closing of the store when needed.
• Handle sales and register transactions, processing cash or credit payments, and counting money.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Management.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, markdowns and visuals to meet visual standards.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
