Job summary

Garnet Hill in Dedham, MA is seeking a Sales Lead to create a delightful guest experience in our women’s apparel and home textiles store. You will lead floor operations, communicate daily sales goals, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of specialty retail leadership, can work evenings and weekends, and is proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems. You’ll be a dynamic team player who drives store profitability through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of selling/sales lead experience in a specialty retail industry.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.
• Able to move around the sales floor and stockroom for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and mobilizing medium to large items up to 50 lbs.
