Job summary

Garnet Hill is seeking a Sales Lead for our Dedham, MA store to drive an outstanding guest experience and promote the Garnet Hill brand in every encounter.

You will lead floor sales activities, maintain store safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with management to meet daily sales goals. This role requires a dynamic leader with a customer-first mindset and availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of selling/sales lead experience in a specialty retail industry preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.

• Actively participates as floor sales leader by facilitating an energized pace, positive service environment, communication of daily sales goals and key metrics that drives store demand.

The Opportunity

You will create a delightful and inspiring shopping experience for guests at the Garnet Hill retail store where visitors can touch, feel, and purchase our women's apparel and products for the home made from nature’s finest fibers including cashmere, linen, and organic cotton. As the Sales Lead, you will promote the Garnet Hill brand at every guest encounter and ensure you exemplify the brand values, standards, and experiences.

The hire location is Dedham, MA

Your Impact

Guest Experience:

What You Bring

• 1-2 years of selling/sales lead experience in a specialty retail industry, preferred.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.

• Ability to be mobile on the salesfloor and stockroom for an extended period of time.

• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.

• The successful candidate must be a dynamic leader, strategic thinker, and highly motivated.
