KnitWell Group, overseeing Soma stores, seeks a Sales Lead in Lakeland, FL to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering welcoming, customer-centered experiences.

You will coach teammates, drive sales performance, and support scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment in a dynamic retail environment. Strong communication and 2 years of retail management preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team for performance goals.
• Provide product knowledge and utilize an omni-channel approach.
• Manage scheduling, cashiering, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
