Job summary

Soma Lakeland seeks a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and help drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, customer-centered atmosphere reflective of Soma’s hospitality culture. This role is Regular/Part time at our Lakeland location.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling when needed.
