Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 5328-Lakeside Village in Lakeland, FL. You will supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities to create a welcoming, customer-centered experience that reflects Soma's hospitality culture.

You will open/close and manage daily operations, coach staff, and ensure knowledge of promotions and store policies while maintaining strong team morale. Must be 18+, with retail leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations such as cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay informed about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.
