Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead for our Delray Beach store. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, model excellent service, and uphold brand standards. Your role centers on creating welcoming, customer-focused experiences that extend beyond the sale.

You will coach staff, manage daily ops, and ensure performance goals are met while embracing a culture of hospitality and teamwork. Must be 18+, with flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and foster teamwork.
