Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience valued.
• Ability to coach and guide store associates and support leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement to meet store goals.
• Assist in maximizing store sales and monitor progress toward targets.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and supervision of associates.
• Occasionally manage the store in the absence of a supervisor or manager.
• Interact with customers and uphold brand voice throughout shifts.
