Job summary

Vans is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership and drive customer engagement and sales results. The role focuses on modeling the brand voice, coaching associates, and maintaining a consumer-centric store environment. Ideal candidates have retail experience and a passion for personal growth within a team that values individuality and authenticity.

Qualifications

1 year of related retail experience preferred but not required.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress against targets.
Foster a consumer-centric mindset and an inclusive store environment while modeling selling behaviors.
Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager.
Regularly interact with customers to provide a high level of service.
Provide actionable feedback to store associates and adhere to company policies.
